Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Snapsy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account, downloading our application, or otherwise accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal authority to form a binding contract and that you meet the minimum age requirement.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Use of the Services

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes (unless explicitly approved for business use).

You agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Services or its underlying code.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content in connection with providing and operating the Services. You represent that you have the right to grant us this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Services may require payment. All fees and subscriptions will be clearly disclosed to you prior to purchase. You agree to provide valid payment information. All payments are processed through third-party processors, and we do not explicitly store your full credit card details. Refunds will be handled in accordance with our explicit refund policy or the policy of the respective app store (Google Play Store, Apple App Store).

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, integrations, or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Snapsy, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
